Click on the start button, go to settings, then to Network Connections

To define a new connection, select from the menu: Settings / Network Connections.

You can also select in the Control-Panel : network Connections

Select on the left side from the "Network Tasks" to "Create a new connection

The Windows New Connection Wizard should open Click next to Continue

Select "Connect to the Internet"

Select Setup Connection Manually

Select Connect Using Dial Up Modem
Click Next

In the next window, type in The Dial Up Store, then click next

Enter the access number that was assigned to your account, then click next

Enter your Dial Up Store number (as the username) and your password
Make sure all 3 checkboxes below are checked
Click Next

Click Finish
